Merge bibliography items into nest-simulator.org bibliography page

Several bibliography items exist in an orphaned file called extras/bibliography/nest.bib.

• These entries should be merged into https://nest-simulator.org/bibliography/;
• A "download .bib file" link should be added to the top of that page;
• The nest.bib file should be removed.

@steffengraber: could you take care of the first two points?
