Updating constants

TIL about CODATA. It looks like G has been updated since 2014, so it might be better to just let astropy handle the constants sprinkled throughout here to help future-proof these kinds of things?

Sorry for coming so late to this. I agree; astropy should handle these! Will update that on the next version.
