Update Fennel to version 1.5.0.

I have tested the new version against all the Fennel games I could find on TIC-80.

There are a few problems, but they appear to be issues with the main branch and not related to the new Fennel compiler, for example https://github.com/nesbox/TIC-80/issues/1948 and also an unrelated problem with Amethyst Waters that I will look into next.
