Dxy command is broken

If I have something like this in the music editor with the default tempo:

C-4 00 ---
D-4 00 D02
E-4 00 D04
--- -- ---
F-4 00 ---

I should get a triplet, but it seems all notes are delayed by whole rows rather than ticks, so the above sounds like:

C-4 00 ---
--- -- ---
--- -- ---
E-4 00 ---
F-4 00 ---

with the D-4 being cancelled altogether by the E-4.
