Bug: Vsync in exported

Vsync doesnt work in exported game in fullscreen. How to replicate: export any game to win version with alone=1, launch it, enable fullscreen. You'll see unsynchronised line of screen. In windowed works fine.

Tested on 1280x768, 16:10
