Browser version doesn't remember to activate crt monitor when booted up (bug)

When opening up the browser version of tic80 (i don't know if it happens in the pc version and etc.) the crt monitor efect isn't activated when loaded, even if it's enabled, making you load the config file and save it again (the option stays enabled, it just doesn't show the crt effect).

I'm using the browser version on Windows (google chrome)
