[Enhancement] Add the game's description to surf

In surf mode the right side of the screen isn't used most of the times. You could add the games' short or long description there since it's a pain to look for the game on the website every time when you don't know what to do in a game or just want to see the description for some reason. Also creators tend to put instructions in the long description.

I know it would cover the cartridge cover but maybe if you press the X or Y button, since they are never used in surf, it could display the cover as long as you press it.

Maybe if we press the other unused button, that could switch between the long and the short description, but it's not necessary, since devs that are still active will just adapt to this change.
