Crash when new audio device added

TIC-80 crashed when I connected my bluetooth headphones to my Windows 10 computer. This doesn't happen on 0.70.6 but does on 0.80.

also, when windows default audio speaker is changed, TIC-80 sound becomes blocky slow-mo
