Hello, it's gone after fighting with Google Play bot which doesn't want application when policy changes about SMS applications. They ask us if we need to read SMS as a core feature to work, i said yes then answered 4 times no we don't find it's a core feature of your app. Each time you can answer i don't agree with google, you send new things, and then exactly same answer. Then i stopped after 3 months battle with bots.

Damn Google, of course this is a core feature to read SMS. Isn't there a way to escalate this to some real human being, which then can be convinced?

What if I can get the App approved through my developer account? Do I have permission to get it back on the Play Store?

you can't, an app id is tied to a developer account and cannot be given. But if we succeed at a point to make it approved again than should be nice.... stupid google :(
