Unable to add an account

Hi, I'm unable to add a Nextcloud SMS account to sync my phone. I browsed through previous issues but none was helpful.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Settings->Account tap "Add account"
2. Select Nextcloud SMS
3. Fill in the form and validate

Expected behaviour

A Nextcloud SMS account should appear in the accounts list so I can use it to sync my phone.

Actual behaviour

Account creation form closes but no new account appears. No error is displayed.

Debian 9 ocsms 2.1.1

Nextcloud version: Nextcloud 15.0.5

PHP version: 7.0.33

Webserver: NGINX

HTTPS: OpenSSL 1.1.0j Let's Encrypt certificate

Client configuration

Android version: OS : LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2)

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3

Nextcloud SMS app version: 2.0.5
