Use icons next to the actions that are available. These could be

• [ ] "Restore all messages"

• [ ] "reinitialize synchronisationcursor"

• [ ] find better wording for "reinitialize synchroinisationcursor" - it is very technically, noone will understand it. something like "Reset synchronisation" or even "Restart synchronisation"
