When a transaction is pending, the visible address is `ckt1q3uljza4azfdsrwjzdpea6442yfqadqhv7yzfu5zknlmtusm45hpuqdkaawz6chkg386q2y7z35qysmfgks3rzqqc2xvp5`, which is using the pre-2021 address format.  After the transaction confirms, it switches to `ckt1qpuljza4azfdsrwjzdpea6442yfqadqhv7yzfu5zknlmtusm45hpuqgpkmh4cttz7ezylgpgnc2xsqjrd9z6zyvgqqmm5lpp `, the CKB2021 address...
