Breakpoints Don't Work Post v2.0.1

I'm running v2.0.1 as I can't seem to get breakpoints working in anything past this version. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

Getting this error running on an older Android tablet, I suspect [this line](https://github.com/nervetattoo/themable-grid/blob/2f6f0f5c86b6ee069a0ced064a37173e815f932b/src/Card.svelte#L27) to be the issue. ``` node?.replaceChildren is not a function ``` Will try to debug and fix.
