Enable use of template sensors

The use of templates for sensors is enables by setting "version: 3" in the Lovelace configuration.

However this simply results in the entire card disappearing in the UI (it's still there and can be edited back again). Maybe because the latest version of the card is only "2.5.0".

It's useful functionality and maybe a simple fix?
