Update instructions for manual installation

I just did a manual install and found that the instructions were a bit outdated:

  1. I removed the warning about downloading the js file directly from github.com. I use the Terminal and SSH add-on from the web-ui and downloaded the file with curl. Works fine for me.
  2. Update the text about where to add resource to the UI and also update the version number to 3.
