Hide +/- when in Away preset/mode

Now, it's possible to change the temperature (+/-) when the preset: Away is active (by hand or by automation). This is undesirable since someone may set any value on any mode except Away mode and this defeats the point for this preset to even exist. The Away preset should be a static non-changeable value. One solution to this is to hide or disable or gray-out the +/- buttons in order to prevent a regular user to change the temperature before changing preset.
