Don't pass entity_id to action payload

Hello,

first i want to tell I enjoy using your plugin !

How ever i've got issue when a call a service that doesn't required the entity_id in the payload such as mqtt.publish:

extra keys not allowed @ data['entity_id']

It will be great that I can disable the passthrough of entity_id if needed.
