Enhancement to existing application list command

This PR introduces Enhancement to existing application list command to the Ringlogger viewer command system:

Command string can be as follows:

a app1 app2 Enhancement to existing application list command: app list command can now accept list of applications.

Testing:

Unit Test cases are updated for these enhancements.

Conducted manual testing to validate the functionality of the enhanced app list command, ensuring backward compatibility.
