Setup section can be easily misunderstood if read too quickly

See https://github.com/nerves-project/nerves_network#setup. I'd suggest deleting the whole section so as to avoid anyone trying to load a kernel module manually. At least one person has done this and it seems like enough time has gone by that the nerves_runtime update has probably hit everyone.

I think that we should have a troubleshooting section and have instructions for checking that the kernel module has either been compiled into the kernel or loaded. I.e. look in /lib/modules/*/modules.builtin to see if the appropriate WiFi driver has been compiled into the kernel or run lsmod to check that it was loaded. Copy/pasting a lot of the text to a new troubleshooting section seems like a good fix to me.

This has since been taken care of right @fhunleth I don't remember the original wording, but i suspect it has something to do with what is now in this file?
