Correct author ordering?

The 2014 paper "Comparing Czech and English AMRs" lists Zdenka Uresova as the first author in the PDF, but the author ordering and citations provided by ACL & Google Scholar both list Jan Hajic as the first author. Is the order in the citation correct?
