I want to modify the range of mouse scroll in the viewer

The scene can be zoomed in and out through the mouse scroll wheel, for example, Figure A shows the limit of scaling down the sample data (kitchen). In fact, it can be approximately reduced to the position shown in Figure B. If we continue to shrink, we won't be able to see the contents of the kitchen. What we see is noise, which is meaningless. I want to control the upper limit of mouse scroll by modifying the code or adding the ns-viewer –-load-config parameter (what I need is that the upper limit of mouse scroll is approximately at Figure B) Where should I modify the code or parameters?
