Installed and now defender went crazy

Installed on a school computer to make the command line look color (not a good idea to be fair), and now I have 3 popups that say it's a threat level severe.

New installer will fix this in about a week, its because the installer drops files in your windows directory which is bad and should never have been the case

For me after winget install neofetch defender said PUA:Win32/Packunwan low threat level
