Add necessary null pointer checks

The null check for m_polygonal_cohesion is missing at https://github.com/nepluno/libWetHair/blob/822544a8339aff64a0e1cc1271855e5f2a947c13/libWetHair/TwoDScene.cpp#L497C3-L497C57

Turning off/not using PolygonalCohesion will cause a crash.
