Upmgerge #3708 to Neos 9

I didnt want to upmerge #3708 as a regular pr as the changes were a little more fundamental. Thus i discarded the changes. With help of wilhelms e2e tests we should be able to port the pr to Neos 9

Also todo to myself: We dont need to generate a node name for copied nodes ...
