TASK: Remove obsolete i18 label `content.inspector.editors.dateTimeEditor.apply`

In Neos.Neos.UI the following PR removes the "Apply" button of the DateTimeEditor: https://github.com/neos/neos-ui/pull/3736

The translation label for this button in located in Neos.Neos and needs to be removed there, after the PR has been merged.
