BUG: Uploader plugin in Media Browser creates scrollbars in secondary inspector iframe

Current Behavior

The upload element has an absolute position that increase the document width and forces the scrollbars. Scrolling to the right just shows empty space.

Expected Behavior

No horizontal scrollbar should be visible.

Steps To Reproduce

Open the secondary inspector by trying to select a new image in the node inspector.

Environment

- Flow: 7.3+
- Neos: 7.3+
- PHP: any
