Allow option parsing of arrays (translation.* in neos/form-builder prototypes) and make form values available for the translation.

Sorry for this huge delay.. I looked at this PR a couple of times but never really understood it.. If some one would be up for adding a proper description with some examples, that would probably improve the chances of this being reviewed drastically
