TASK: Remove old JS components

We have a bunch of components in Neos.NeosIo that should be checked if they can be replaced with modern semantic HTML, CSS and maybe tiny bits of JS:

  • [ ] ProgressiveImage
  • [ ] ClassToggler
  • [ ] CountUp
  • [x] EmptyClickHandler
  • [ ] FundingBadges
  • [ ] ScrollClassToggler
  • [ ] ScrollTo
  • [ ] SentenceSwitcher

This reduces JS loading and helps with a11y
