Merge changes from development

I will first cherry pick most of the uncritical changes and then check what's left. Seems we forgot about all of that after the last sprint.

The currently remaining 3 changes require a node migration which created issues in the past with German content getting lost. So I have to add a patch and try it again before we take it live

I will extract what is mergable and create separate PRs

The only remaining change here is the simplification of the semantic section which I will do next. Then we can close the PR.
