Add comment property to service provider for editor notes

We have several disabled service provider entries, and it would be helpful to know why those are disabled. Some are temporarily hidden, some wait for more data / feedback, etc.

Either by adding a inspector field with some notes or using something like https://github.com/networkteam/Networkteam.ContentComments.

I like the idea of having this information right at the corresponding entry, e.g. with the link to the Zammad ticket
