Creating roles with meaningful names

We are using the standard neos backend roles and it is sometimes hard to know which role should a user get.

Therefore it would be nice to have roles like:

• Team Member
• Guest Writer

[Sebobo]

I wouldn't necessarily make Team member the same as the current admin. I think some people might prefer to have a reduced version if they only work on content.
