Add option to whitelist/blacklist lessors/housing companies

The bot should be able to exclude certain companies (such as "Deutsche Wohnen") or to only apply to a group of companies (such as the state-owned housing cooperatives).

Blacklisting by name or when no address is given would also be nice. Half of the offers the bot is applying to for my selected region are scam.
