Separator and SRT Subtitle file export

I'd like to have SRT format subtitles for the audio files.

One method would be to split the lines/sentences, which should be split anyways for better generation using '|' and run a separate generation on each, then I will know what text is where anyways. However, is there a benefit of having text in one txt with '|'? Will this make tortoise 'keep the flow' going and somehow make the lines relate to oneanother? In that case, subtitle generation would be better to be part of tortoise I'm guessing.
