Looks like it only provides the re-release, so it's only useful for getting music.

Not sure there are any registry keys that will be helpful.

The default library location for Epic store stuff is "\Program Files\Epic Games" so I could certainly add "\Program Files\Epic Games\Quake" to the searched paths.
