move AD/Quoth/Copper into their own section

Since these are the mods that can be used/referenced by other mods currently.

It would be nice to be able to launch Quoth or Copper on its own, although there would need to be some pre-message about what you're getting into there.

Also this would provide a place where you could use the menus to uninstall Quoth or Copper.

Probably need the conf file to contain a list of known AD, Copper, and Quoth releases. Last one can go into the section we're talking about here, and older ones can be covered by the legacy page.

One twist is that AD also has maps and so latest AD should also show up in the "new hotness" section, I guess? Maybe separate it out a bit since with this approach we can't be 100% sure when that AD version was released compared to the other releases on the page (without making things unnecessarily complicated).
