allow launching MP1/MP2 from menus?

2.0 will have the option to launch "plain Quake", mainly in order to make it quicker/easier to set up initial configuration there.

For completeness should it also give the option to launch MP1 and MP2?

Could get fancy-ish and only show the relevant options if the necessary pak is installed. (Same for the base Quake test launch actually.)
