Minecraft sources are missing in Eclipse project

continuation of #50

MDK-1.21-NeoGradle with latest NeoGradle (7.0.161)

project generated via gradlew build and gradlew eclipse.

generated neoforge-21.0.167-sources.jar archive is empty.

also .classpath contains duplicate of neoforge-21.0.167.jar. removing it fixes Eclipse project but doesn't help with sources
