Add installation steps for linux

Hi neo,

Can you please add steps to setup node in linux(ubuntu or any linux flavors), it would be good to have.

PS: I followed setup from digital ocean as of now (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-node-js-on-ubuntu-16-04)
