Adding a high load wallet as an extra faucet by default

Hi, it will be great if as an addition to the existing faucet the node starts with we can also have another faucet which is an high load wallet this will allow to get funds for multiple addresses at the same time for running stuff in parallel

currently, due to nonces, the faucet is only able to produce a transaction every ±5 sec
