Transfer of neo4jrb.io domain

Hey guys!

Since I'm not going to be doing any more work for the project, I think it's about time that I handed in my keys to the organization and transferred the neo4jrb.io domain. It was just renewed for another year, which can be my last contribution. I'm not sure who's in charge these days but if we can figure out the most appropriate person to take control of the domain, I'd be happy to transfer ownership. Please let me know.

Hi @subvertallchris, our team has taken over the maintenance of neo4jrb. I'm not sure what the plan with the neo4j.io site should be. It has not been maintained for a while. Sounds like an additional large piece of work. In any case you can hand over to me and we will figure out next steps. Thanks Heinrich

Hey folks. I'm not sure if this is related to the transfer of the domain or not, but the Rails mapper script is no longer available on GitHub Pages. This breaks all the setup examples I can find in all of neo4jrb's many, many sources of documentation. ;)

From the standard rails new myapp -m http://neo4jrb.io/neo4j/neo4j.rb -O: http://neo4jrb.io/neo4j/neo4j.rb => 404

@klobuczek @amitsuryavanshi - is there a new place I should be looking for this script? Thanks!

@deobald We are working towards updating documentation. Meantime, can you try creating new app with just -O flag and then integrate activegraph into it. The README from activegraph and neo4j-ruby-driver gems would help you.

Cool! Thanks Amit. I had created an app with the -O flag and worked through the docs. I have a basic setup working now.
