Can't install neo4j without neo4j-community

Open JustinAiken opened this issue 5 years ago • 0 comments

Downloading neo4j-9.4.0 revealed dependencies not in the API or the lockfile (neo4j-community (~> 2.0)).
Either installing with `--full-index` or running `bundle update neo4j` should fix the problem.
  • Same result with --full-index
  • bundle update neo4j gives: Unable to find a spec satisfying neo4j (~> 9.4.0) in the set. Perhaps the lockfile is corrupted?

Relevant bit of the Gemfile.lock:

    neo4j (9.4.0)
      activemodel (>= 4.0)
      activesupport (>= 4.0)
      i18n (!= 1.3.0)
      neo4j-core (>= 9.0.0)
      orm_adapter (~> 0.5.0)
    neo4j-core (9.0.0)
      activesupport (>= 4.0)
      faraday (>= 0.9.0)
      faraday_middleware (>= 0.10.0)
      faraday_middleware-multi_json
      httpclient
      json
      multi_json
      net_tcp_client (>= 2.0.1)
      typhoeus (>= 1.1.2)
    neo4j-rake_tasks (0.7.18)
      os
      rake
      ruby-progressbar
      rubyzip (>= 1.1.7)

....

PLATFORMS
  ruby

If I manually add neo4j-community in, it works... but since we're not on JRuby we don't add that library into our dependency graph..
