Support `change` (instead of `up` / `down`) in migrations like `ActiveRecord`

Would be a nice feature, but it would also help improve compatibility with gems which generate migrations (see this issue in the devise-neo4j repo)

Really want to use Neo4J, but issues like this are a bit off-putting.
