Fix documentation on path expander limit behavior changes with winter 2018 release

Previously, path expander limit config parameter only took effect if using the end node or termination node filters.

The winter 2018 releases allow limit to be used in any and all cases, and though the section on limit restrictions was removed, the behavior change was not documented, which caused some confusion for users using older versions with the older behavior.
