add checksum to release files

A corrupted apoc jar file can seriously mess up the startup of a Neo4j instance. And it is not always immediately obvious that that is where the issue is. Adding a checksum to the release files allows checking of the downloaded files. Preferably this checksum is highly visible on the releases page.
