Add fullscreen switch to report settings

I would love to have the ability to toggle the report settings to fullscreen without toggling the report first just to e.g. modify a query... It would make me very happy if we could add to

Atm I find myself adding fullscreen switches to reports that don't really need them just because my queries are too long to fit into the small spaces... ;)
