Add a "Card List / Card Catalogue" Report

Suggestion to add a report that renders a list of clickable react cards, that might launch a graph view. A card would render, instead of rows in a table, a page of cards. Cards could have query-driven content (similar to https://neo4j.com/docs/bloom-user-guide/current/bloom-visual-tour/card-list/) but flexibly specified by the user. The card could pass a param into an on-click preconfigured query.
