doc: add instructions about the four ways of specifying proprty and logic of neovis in readme

@thebestnom If you have not yet started working on this, I am considering updating the readme with more information specific to the 2.0 version. Things include e.g. migration guide from 1.x to 2.x (link to the migrating.md), how to search for available properties, and the four ways of specifying a property namely static, function, property name and cypher. I will open a PR once finished.

I saw the migration one. Is there another guide other than the main readme?

There is api reference with examples and some explaination, I think with the mugration guide it should be enough, but a detailed guide with example is always welcome!
