Entrypoint script has moved in 3.5.31 - no longer boots using Helm chart

Describe the bug entrypoint.sh has moved to startup/entrypoint.sh

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Try and install chart with image set as 3.5

Expected behavior It boots

Additional context I appreciate this chart is deprecated but wanted to raise this for anyone else running into this issue (if they have tags set to 3.5.
