load data as like

Neo.ClientError.Statement.ExternalResourceFailed: Couldn't load the external resource at: https://github.com/mneedham/oreilly-graph-algorithms-learning-course/tree/master/datatransport-nodes.csv I try to load the data i got it from githup but it showed me this message. How i can solve this problem??
