How to change the relation’s "start node" and "end node"?

when i ETLed data by rule : "A table with 2 foreign keys is treated as a join table and imported as a relationship" but those relation‘s directions auto generated by the tool was wrong or was not i want i cant change the relation’s "start node" and "end node" how can i do? thanks !!
